Provable Efficient Certificateless Public Key Encryption

چکیده
Certificateless public key cryptography was introduced to overcome the key escrow limitation of the identity-based cryptography. It combines the advantages of the identity-based cryptography and the traditional PKI. Recently, Dae Hyun Yum1 and Pil Joong Lee have proposed a generic series construction model of certificateless public key encryption (CL-PKE) which is built from generic primitives: identity-based encryption and public key encryption. However, this model pays much attention on the generic construction and neglects the nice properties of the bilinear pairings. In this paper, we propose an efficient CL-PKE scheme which is based on the nice algebraic properties of Weil pairing. The scheme works in a kind of parallel model and it is more efficient on computation or published public key information than the existing

Secure Certificateless Public Key Encryption without Redundancy
Certificateless public key cryptography was introduced to solve the key escrow problem in identity based cryptography while enjoying the most attractive certificateless property. In this paper, we present the first secure certificateless public key encryption (CLPKE) scheme without redundancy. Our construction provides optimal bandwidth and quite efficient decryption process compared with the e...
متن کاملExtensions of Public-Key, Identity-Based and Certificateless Encryption Schemes
In this work, we first study extensions and applications of the identity-based encryption (IBE) primitive, focusing on generic constructions. We first define what is meant by an identity-based key encapsulation mechanism before extending it to the multi-recipient setting. We then propose an efficient multi-recipient scheme based on bilinear maps and then move on to investigate the properties of...
متن کاملOn Proofs of Security for Certificateless Cryptosystems
Certificateless public-key encryption has recently been proposed as an attractive alternative to certificate-based and identity-based encryption schemes. The attraction of certificateless PKE is that it combines the implicit public key authentication of an identity-based scheme with the escrow-free property of a certificate-based scheme. However, all the certificateless schemes that have been t...
متن کاملAn Efficient and Provably Secure Certificateless Key Insulated Encryption with Applications to Mobile Internet
Certificateless encryption (CLE) alleviates the heavy certificate management in traditional public key encryption and the key escrow problem in the ID-based encryption simultaneously. Current CLE schemes assumed that the user’s secret key is absolutely secure. Unfortunately, this assumption is too strong in case the CLE is deployed in the hostile setting and the leakage of the secret key is ine...
متن کاملAn Efficient Certificateless Proxy Re-Encryption Scheme Without Pairing
Proxy re-encryption (PRE) is a cryptographic primitive introduced by Blaze, Bleumer and Strauss [4] to provide delegation of decryption rights. PRE allows re-encryption of a ciphertext intended for Alice (delegator) to a ciphertext for Bob (delegatee) via a semi-honest proxy, who should not learn anything about the underlying message. In 2003, Al-Riyami and Patterson introduced the notion of ce...
